.....Count One was a game completely dominated from the beginning to end by the English. In the time of the Hundred Year war Hall of Fame era, there has never been a more dominating team than this one to this point
.....The war began early while KIng Edward's agressive tactics began conquering the Northeast dozens of fiefs at a time. Led by great siegers such as Fitzalaan, Courtney, Grosmont and Percy they soon had a substantial holding in the North of France.
.....In Spain, King Berenger led a powerfull onslaught against his neighboring province of Foix, The Pope took exception to his actions and assisted the French, even going to battle himself in Spain to help protect Urgel and Navarre from the Dominating Berenguer.
.....The English grew increasingly Agitated with the Church's obvious mettlings into the secular war and retaliated with a dastardly deed of their own. While most of Europe awaited in Avignon, 4 Englishmen led by King Edward himself swept into Avignon and destroyed most of the French armies stationed there.
.....The Massacre at Avignon was followed by two major events. The first was King Edward himself beginning a siege upon Avignon itself. An action that threatend to split England into a civil war as his son and Crown Prince publicly condemmed his actions.
Then with a sudden disgust for the actions that had taken place in Avignon, King Berenguer of Spain turned on England, battled and killed King Edward to save the Church that had wronged him not less than 5 years before.
.....Christianity settled down after the Death of King Edward, and only the Outlaw Lord Grey carried on his legacy against the church. But despite the loss of its most powerfull ally, England
still thrived. Every major keep in France was held by an english lord and they soon dominated the war and scored an incredible vicory.
