Rules and Regulations

This is the rules and regulations page for the Pokemon Quest. There aren't very many regulations but the rules I feel need to be made totally clear, so I have included a lot of them. How to breed Pokemon on bottom of page!!

Regulations

  1. A link to my site must be placed on your homepage if you have one. To get the banner(if you want it) just right click the one on the front page and use it as a link.(make it a link, don't just leave it sitting on your site).
  2. You must be 8 or older. Younger members already in the Quest can stay.
  3. You pay for all shipping.(with a few acceptions)
  4. You must participate in the Quest. Not just earning Pokepoints but actually do the Quest.

Rules

  1. You may not catch Pokemon until you reach the first town! You may then purchase Pokeballs and go back to catch the number of Pokemon you battled before. Ex. If it says (pick two) you can then pick two to catch.
  2. You do not earn Pokepoints for beating trainers or Gym Leaders until later on in the Quest, so don't ask for them.
  3. A Pokemon may take three hits to faint, or four hits if you have a strength.(2 hits if you have a weakness).
  4. To get a hit you must get a question right, if you miss it your own Pokemon takes damage.(up to three and then it faints)
  5. Specify what Pokemon you use if you have more than one!(otherwise I will decide)
  6. You must also specify when you throw a Pokeball, otherwise if you are going for a capture and don't do it, you just faint the Pokemon.
  7. To use a Potion(or anything else like that) you must e-mail me and tell me. Your Pokemon are automaticly healed when you enter a town.(you may not go back after proceeding to heal, only to buy things or Catch additional Pokemon if you didn't on your way.
  8. You may start catching Pokemon after Woodknock village.

Breeding, How TO

To breed a Pokemon in the regular Quest, go to the Breeding Center on the Quest page. From there e-mail me which Pokemon you want to breed. I will then take that Pokemon and the other one(you must have 2 to breed!) and keep them for a week. I will then give you back the two plus an additional one(unless you sell it to me).

Breeder's Quest:

1.To breed Pokemon in the Breeder's Quest you get 2 of one kind of Pokemon and e-mail me that you are breeding them. They are kept on your Breeders stats page for 1 week(unless you are farther on and more experienced, then it won't take as long.) If you cross-breed Pokemon, be sure to give me all of it's stats, a new name and a picture(optional).

2. Pokemon Breeders get 200 dollars a day, even if they don't work much. After breeding a new species of Pokemon it is turned over to me. You get 3,000 plus 2,000 if you have a picture for a new Pokemon. If it is a regular Pokemon, you will get anywhere from 900 to a lot more for it depending on the type.

3. There will get to a point where your Pokemon pens are full. Each pen can hold 5 Pokemon. Some species, however, need their own enclosure or be secluded with only others of it's kind. I will inform you when it is time to expand your facility or land and set up new pens.
