We are
trying to encourage our client base growth by the
word of mouth. This, however, sometimes creates
confusion and billing errors. To make sure you
are properly reimbursed in time for signing a
friend up with us, please comply with the
following procedure:
Ask your friend, when he/she calls us, to mention
you as a referral source.
Once your friend is on, please e-mail your
friend's name and referral month to
accounts@nowhere.com . If you feel you were
not properly credited, please do not hesitate to
call or e-mail us. |

| If you
are switching to us from another ISP we wil waive
your setup fee (since you most likely already
paid it). To confirm the fact of switching we
will need an e-mail request send from your former
e-mail address to accounts@nowhere.com |

We have a
special team dedicated to Web page design. The
process of Web page design consists of 3 stages.
Stage one is when you meet with our
representative and discuss a concept of your
page. Be prepared to present as many
graphic/printed materials as possible. You are
also given a Web design contract.
Stage two is when we show you a draft
version of your pages. On average it takes about
2-3 weeks. Each site usually consists of 3-10
pages. Each page takes about 10 hours to develop.
At stage 2 you are supposed to return a signed
contract and pay a minimum charge of $350
(equivalent of 1 page). You have 2-3 weeks for
final changes.
(Stage 3). Because we understand that it
can be a lot of money to invest up front, we can
give you an interest-free credit line for up to
12 months for your web design payment. As long as
you remain our customer, monthly maintenance and
reasonable changes to your pages are free of
charge. |

Payment should be made on
the first of each month, by check
issued to Necropolis Online, sent to
745 N. Necropolis Blvd.
Kansas City, MO 12345.
All accounts 20 days past due are put 'on hold'
(your e-mail is still received but your password
is 'frozen'). All accounts on hold for more than
20 days are cancelled. There is a $5 late charge.
