Truly the only home I’ve
ever known. Practically every day of my life I have woken up If they call it tourist season
how come we can't shoot them?
to watch the magnificent sunrises over the Chugach Mountain Range
and I’ve gone
to sleep each night knowing that the sun rests in the care of the
Sleeping Lady. The summers are filled with endless days and the
winters with endless nights.
It is an incredible experience to drive 20 minutes south outside
of Anchorage along the Seward Highway. A tremendous rock face,
with Dall Sheep pirched precariously, on one side and the Cook
Inlet, with pods of Beluga Whales bobbing upon the swift tides,
on the other. Mountains ahead of you, mountains behind you. And
oh yeah... KWHL ROCKS!!!
