Background: Drake grew up aboard the USS Iowa. He always wanted to be an engineer, like his Dad, but had a thing for the Medical department, like his Mom and brother. He went through Bravo Fleet Acadamy with good grades, served on various ships to learn the things that couldn't be taught in the Academy, visiting on nine differnt planets and four ships in that learning trip.

Since that time he has been looking for a good for his idea post but, until now, still hadn't found it.
