Whiteriver Warren is in the southernmost portion of the Dragonlands. The warren is near the White River which is dammed up forming a lake which drops in a huge waterfall into the warren with a smaller lake at the base. Because of this water supply this warren is less dependent on the landbound for tithes but is also more prone to wraith attacks. A number of people have small gardens and there is good grazing ground around the warren.

The first Warrenlady, Deanna, was killed in a wraith attack. The previous Warrenlady was Trinale, who vanished during teleporting trying to prevent her parents from suiciding. The current Warrenlady is Merissa, a former bardswoman, who was the Junior-Queenrider under Trinale.

As part of DragonLands, Whiteriver looks to Keldarra's Dragonlady as their leader. Whiteriver Domain has eight noble families who rule the Landbound people, and they are subject to the King in Rallengarde. While tithes are expected from the Landbound Lords, not all of them are happy to comply. Whiteriver has been the focus of many of the Landbound/Dragonrider conflicts in recent DragonLands history.
