This is a game I played recently.
It was a pretty long. It lasted an hour, 23 minutes, and 44 seconds.
It was Big Game Hunters and I was terran, and my ally, and our
two enemies were protoss. I decieded to not worry to much about
tanks, and just build a million wraiths. Well, after I had about
11 wraiths, they attacked me. They both attacked me with about
24 Dragoons each. I had enough tanks to fend them off effectivly
enough so that I only lost 1 bunker. The whole game they kept
dropping tons of dragoons into my base with either shuttles or
arbiters. My ally had good enough perimeter defense to ward them
off. But they wiped out all my SCV's about 5 times. By this stage
of the game, my ally had built up a lot of carriers, and I was
always busy repairing and rebuilding. So after I had 12 tanks,
and 12 more to leave behind, we attacked. The ENTIRE game, both
of our enemies made practically nothing except for dragoons. And
you know how Dragoons stand up to 12 tanks! The picture above
is a picture I took after one of them were dead. I am attacking
their entrance with 12 tanks, 12 wraiths, and 4 science vessels
(and 3 SCV"s).
Here is a picture of what happened
to my allies Carriers... hehehehe.. oh well, by this stage they
were starting to give up and die. What really bugged me was after
they were dead, the guy stayed and begged us to ally with him.
"Come on, you gain something, I gain something, and neither
of us lose anything. Come on, please?" I said it was against
my philosophy and killed him. Took us a while to find all of his
randomly placed pylons though.. rrrrrgg.
