Glitter Gulch Mine

1-20	On a pile of colorful rocks next to the crushing shed.
21-40	In the room where the talking space box was/is. Take a left from the entrance to get there.
41-65	On the ledges that lead to Bullion Bill's house.
66-80	On the ledges that lead to Mumbo's hut.
Treble Clef (81-100)	Submerged in some water in the Mine Entry 1 room. The entry is near the crushing shed.

Witchyworld

1-10	On the gate to Area 51. (The space area near the level entrance.)
11-20	In the high dive tank near the Inferno.
21-60	On the path that goes around the Big Top tent.
61-70	Behind the doors to the Crazy Castle.
71-80	By the Dodgem Dome
Treble Clef (81-100)	In the space area. It's behind a armored car-only door that is under the Saucer of Peril ride.

Jolly Roger's Lagoon

1-10	On the pillar-like building at Atlantis.
11-20	In the sea anemones in the underwater area where the UFO was/is.
21-40	Inside and in fron of the Pawn shop.
41-60	Inside and in front of Jolly's.
61-80	Inside and out front of the Waveracer Hire
Treble Clef (81-100)	In a sea anemone at Atlantis

Terrydactyland

1-15	In the center area of the river passage.
16-30	On some pieces of broken path halfway up the mountain. They are above the pond with one of Terry's eggs on its island.
31-45	On the shore of the afore-mentioned pond.
46-65	On the ledges near the train station. They're near the entrance.
66-80	On a ledge on the mountain. It's above the area near the train station.
Treble Clef (81-100)	Under a boulder near the swamp area where Mumbo's hut is. It's on the same side of the swamp as Wumba's Wigwam.

Grunty Industries

1-10	Near the door to the Train Station on Floor 1.
11-20	In the Air Con Plant (near the door to the Floor 1
21-35	In the toxic room on Floor 2
36-45	In the room with all the breakable crates on Floor 2. The Tintops guard it. There is a fire escape door in it. That's about as detailed as I can get.
46-55	In the toxic pool room on Floor 1. It's the room with the oil and water supply tanks.
56-70	In the first room of the Train Station on Floor 1. (Not the one with the train tracks.)
71-80	In the room with the giant stacks of crates on Floor 3
Treble Clef (81-100)	Outside, above the main entrance to the building
