Here's your assignments:

The local tremere have been active lately. Though by far the most secritive clan of the Camarilla (except maybe the Nosferatu) the Chicago Tremere have been more reclusive than usual lately. Uncomfirmed suspicions of a powerfull new ritual having been discovered are rampant, and there are as many variations to this rumor aas there are Kindred to spread it. Thought the Toreador Harpies are the loudest with their version of what's going on, others are talking about it as well.
The most popular version of the roumor is that the ritual will awaken and summon Tremere himself (not seen in at least 5 centuries) to Chicago. While this is laughable, if it were true the Tremere would quickly become the most powerfull clan in Chicago, taking over the entire city quickly. This would form a powerfull base to begin dominating all other cities in North America. Once this happens, the Camarilla is doomed, as the Tremere will have the power to pull out, becoming a de facto second sect the Camarilla would be in conflict with. This would topple the Masquerade and the Kine would become aware of the Kindred publically.

Althought this is an extreme situation, the possibilities are endless.
The second most popular rumor is that the Tremere are up to nothing. They are making a smoke-screen to cover something up, but nobody knows what that might be. This rumor is VERY new, but again, nobody knows who started it.

There are few things that are KNOWN about the Tremere of Chicago. Regent Fossy is by far the most visible member of the clan, but several others are known. One of thse is possibly the head of security for the chantry, the other is a complete unknown, with only a picture. The Tremere chantry is known to be located in Schaumberg.

Hale has rescued his Clan-Mate from the Brujah-antitribu, killing one of them in the process. There are a Lasombra and the Tzimse Bishop left in town, for certain. In times of danger, Sabbat packs are known to embrace handfulls of "gang-bangers" and the like to serve as expendible "shock-troops". They can either divert a large portion of an enemy's strength, or cover a withdrawal. The leaders of the city fear news of a sudden rash of deaths, or gang-war going on. There are prices on the heads of known Sabbat members, $10,000 for each brought in. This means thay must be staked, to provide positive identification.

The party has also been told, by The Blob, a helpfull Nosferatu, that the Tremere activity has been nothing but a smokescreen covering for the Giovanni moving into town. The Warlocks and The Necromancers aren't known for liking each other, but that doesn't preclude them dealing with one another. Hale is offered a $10,000 reward of the head of each Giovanni he kills, as well as kindred blood for his clan. After the Giovanni attack and the wounding of The Blob's lover Mikheil, the price on the head if Vinni Giovanni is $20,000

Samantha Blair has taken over for Lucinda Washington as the party's go-between with the Prince. This Gangrel sees less threat from the Tremere (who, after all, ARE Camarilla) than the recently discovered Sabbat, so she has shifted the party's focus to that target. Who is this Gangrel who can change the Prince's orders on a whim? Or is she not telling the party the truth? In any event, we're sure to find out when the party hits the Silver Hawg!

The party has officially completed their service for the Prince. Hale still has his obligation to Michael and The Blob to attend to, and Claudia has but a few more nights to prepare for her challenge. The Malkavian has found out the signifigance of the Mirror, and has seen himself die. Derrik has begun his slow scheme. Though the four make for unlikely friends, they have won through a trial by combat where even the Toreador satisfied the Assamiteshe had worth in combat. Will the four hunt more Sabbat? Tackle the Giovanni? Who knows!
