Frank Casso is NOT the true head of the Ventrue clan. He acts in this fasion by the Prince's request. All Ventrue in Chicago support the Prince, with the exception of a few dissidants. these organised Kindred have a source in the Primogen's council, but the Prince hasn't been able to root them out yet. She suspects Henry Wellington, but has no proof of yet.
The Rat(Nosferatu) No-one has seen this creature in years, but the Nosferatu speak of him as if he's still around. He appointed Grant Bernheim to stand in his stead in the Council.
