The Rack is the place in a city that is a "designated feeding ground". All kindred are allowd free feeding in this area. Feeding outside the Rack is prohibited, unless you have the Prince's permission. The Rack is generally areas with high crime rates, and low police coverage. Currently, the only deliniation to the rack is to limit it to nightclubs and other high-traffic places where mainly locals gather.
