Places of Special Interest

There are a few places that the Kindred take special interest in. One such place is "Limbo" A nightclub jointly owned by a Brujah and a Toreador. This strange combination has produced a club like no other, that attracts many people seeking a new experience. The entrance to the club is at street level. You decend a flight of stairs, with holographic flams dancing all around. The temperature in this stairwell is 110°.

When you reach the botton of the stairs, you go through a door, and are refreshed with a cool blast of air. The temperature in this room is a cool 75°. From here, there are two options. First, you can pay your door charge ($15, and well worth it) and take a glass elevatore up to the main floor. Or, for an additional $3, you can rent a small scuba tank, and go through an airlock into the pool (maintained at 95° at all times) that dominates the first level of the club.

Once inside, Limbo is like nothing else. The center of the three story club is dominated by a large pool, with lifeguards at each corner. Above, there are numerous catwalks and scaffolding. You can walk from blasting music to utter silence within a step. It is often said that half the guests that enter Limbo never leave. This is not true. While more than once, guests have gotten lost inside, the co-owners (Brujah Michael Crawford and Toreador Christopher Gladston) have petitioned the Prince repeatedly to include the club in the Esylum. The club is technicly in the Rack, but any Kindred caught feeding on the patrons are asked to leave by ghoul bouncers. If this fails, Brujah bounty hunter Jason Black is called in, and the offender is told that he has a $10,000 bounty on his head. The owners are VERY serious about this. Limbo is a natural meeting place for the underworld. While the owners turn a blind eye to their meetings, the rule of "no violence" is still strictly enforced. This attitude has slipped into the Kindred world, and Limbo is becomming more and more a place for secret meetings.
