Ilharess, Matron Duties:  The Ilharess is the final abribitor of ALL House activities.  Her word is law.  She outranks the Yathtaller, though, by convention, she will consult with the Yathtaller on all matters that may effect the status of the Favor of Llolth. Privileges:  She sets House policy in game.  She has complete ownership of every other member and resource of the House. Assention:  Unfortunately, there are few ways of gaining this rank, the most common of course is through assassination.  Occassionally, a political deal may be brokered with the blessing of the Yathtaller to allow for a change in rulership.
