History: Cluny the Scourge killed his family when he was young, except his sister, who brought him to Redwall Abbey before dying herself. Matthias grows up to be Redwall's warrior champion and Cornflower's husband. He lives into the next production, "Mattimeo". He can hear Martin the Warrior's voice in his dreams...
