Since there's not going to be any modem-to-modem support for Hexen 2 (See either Tavern Gossip or the Offical Hexen 2 FAQ), you best bet is the internet...in order to play on the internet, you must either join or create a guild (equivalent to Quake Clans) to compete in groups or if you just want a quick deathmatch fix you can scan for hexen 2 servers where anybody can join and fight other fellow Hexen 2 fans....
