Rachel

Rachel is Locke's girlfriend. Rachel pushed Locke off of a collapsing bridge. She lost her memory from falling off the bridge. She was killed a year later by the Empire. Her last wish is to tell Locke how much he meant to her.

Matrarch

Doctor in Kolinghen who preserves Rachel's body using special herbs.

Elayne and Owain Garamonde

The wife and child of Cyan. They were killed by Kefka's poison. This event drove Cyan mad, and left him with feelings of guilt and despair. The wife and child appear as ghosts a few times to try to help Cyan.

Duane and Katrin

Duane and Katrin are the only adults that survive Kefka's Light of Judgement in Mobliz. They must take care of all the children of Mobliz and need Terra's help. Katrin is also pregnant and the couple has some problems to work out.

Gau's Father

Gau's Father went crazy and abandoned Gau when his wife died. He is not willing to accept the fact Gau is his son. He needs everything inside and outside of his house fixed.

Green Soldiers

Green soldiers are low-ranking members of the empire. They love to brawl and have easy-to-steal items on them.

Merchants

Merchants are very abundant in South Figaro. During the occupation, they compete for business more than usual and can get rowdy. They have easy-to-steal items on them.

DoomGaze

Doomgaze is another creature released after the destruction of the world. He is one of the few enemies you can fight in the air, and the only enemy in the game that does not recover HP in battle.

Ragnarok Esper

The Ragnarok esper is owned by a weapon merchant in Narshe. This strange esper has the ability to turn enimies into items. The merchant can also make it into a special magical sword

Atma

Atma is similar to the monster Atma Weapon, but he is much deadlier and is made of pure energy. He is locked up in Kefka's Tower and has been forgotten in the river of time.

Atma Weapons

There are two different kinds of Atma Weapons: a sword and a monster. The sword uses a person's power to inflict damage. The monster was bred for mass destruction. Both of these weapons existed during the War of the Magi.
