Sirs,

        In regard to the formation of the new department, I wish to
inform you that the department is now fully operational.

        The department personnel currently number:
                24 Judges.
                 7 Internal Affairs agents on loan.
                 3 Executive Officers.

        I can report that the departmental training period is fully
completed. The department is now able to fulfill any assignments that
you may require.

        Please do not hesitate to ask me for clarification on any
