Look behind you! A three-headed monkey!
This genetically mutated monkey only appears once in the two first Monkey Island games. Guybrush is really surprised to see one actually alive, because he has always used it as a joke and to get out of trouble. For instance when he meet the cannibals at Monkey Island in the first game:
