Marines In Black

The Marines In Black (MIB's) are, by far, the most secerative and least known Space Marine Chapters.
Little is known of the whereabouts of their homeworld (if they even have one) and their chapter orginization, except that they only carry bolt weapons (Bolt Pistols, Bolters, etc...), and are never seen in groups of more than two at a time.
They initial appearances were a worry to both the Inquisition and the High Lords of Terra. It soon became clear, however, that their mission was to protect human minds from the horrors of the evil alien races of the galaxy, and beyond. They managed this with a device called the Memoriser, which was able to remove certain sections from a person's memory, effectively making them forget.
Eventually the Inquisitors gave up their mission to uncover the MIB's and turned their attention towards other matters. The MIB were left to continue their endless mission in peace.

Weapons: Each Marine in Black may be armed with one of the following weapon combinations: They are also armed with Frag and Krak grenades.
Armour: Marines in Black wears Power Armour.
Wargear: Marines in Black are all armed with the same Wargear, the Memoriser. Special Rules:
Memoriser: Marines in Black are all equipped with a small device of unknown origin, known as the Memoriser. This, scanner-sized device allows the MIB's to make an enemy forget what he is doing. The Memoriser may be used on one enemy model within 2", or in close combat with a MIB. The model must pass a leadership test with a -2 modifier or miss the next turn of the battle while they stand around scratching their head wondering where they are.

Gunfighters: Marines in Black armed with two Bolt Pistols may fire both of them in the shooting phase, though both shots must be at the same target.

MIB Bike: Marines in Black often ride into combat on specially designed bikes that have been supercharged and well armoured to withstand the rigours of battle.

1 Roll a D6. On a result of 1-3 one of the bike's bolters is destroyed. On a result of 4-6 both of the bike's bolters are destroyed.
2 The wheel and mountings are badly buckled. From now on the bike may move at slow speed only.
3 The bike's controls are damaged making it difficult to control. Roll a D6 at the start of each turn. On a roll of 1-3 the bike moves out of control that turn. On a roll of 4-6 the MIB is able to control the bike and it moves normally.
4 The bike's front wheel is blown off and it flips over, throwing the MIB off. Roll a D3 and the scatter dice, move the MIB the number of inches equal to the die in the direction shown on the scatter dice. The bike also move D3" but in the opposite direction to the MIB.
5 The bike's engine explodes, seriously wounding the MIB. He takes two wounds and is knocked of the bike (see above). The bike (but not the MIB) moves out of control next turn before coming to a permanant halt. The MIB may move and fight as normal next turn.
6 The bike's fuel catches fire, killing the MIB. The flaming wreck hurtles out of control next turn and then explodes causing D3 Strength 8 hits with a -3 saving throw modifier on all models within 3"

Work out the shot as normal. If he is killed the bike moves out of control next turn before it flips over and is destroyed.
