Val Coltermeir, Hammerer of Witches

Born the son of a theif in Tabalecheim, Val was brought up in the ways of stealth, silence and sin, when he was caught trying to rob a wealthy priest he was sold to the church as a slave boy. He hated his father for this and started to convert to the ways of Sigmar and prosperity until he was ordained by the priests for such religious fervour. A few years later the place was burnt to the ground by chaos worshippers, only he survived. So he took up the sacred weapons of the ruined temple and ran off into the night to burn the unholy with devout revenge.

Hire fee: None. Val will come to the aid of any witch hunter warband if they send one or more of their heroes to look for him in the normal manner, rolling under or equal their initiative (he leaves a deciviing trail of burning stakes). If they manage to find him then he might think of listening to their plees for help in the forth coming battle. He will only spare time if the cause is worthy and the enemy has a higher rating than them. Roll a D6 and consult the table below to see if he will come to his neighbour's aid.
