Ice Object (Science)

Prerequisites: Concentrate air, Cryokenisis
PowerScore: Object becomes permanent with no upkeep costs. object will not melt unless otherwise destroyed.
Failure: Random item psionist has on self turns to ice and evaporates.
Description: This Power Allows the user to assemble an object of his choosing, out of Ice. The object can have no complicated moving peices: ie. crossbow or gun. the object evaporates within 1d4 rounds of halted upkeep. Size Conditions include:
Concentrate Air
MAC: 6 | PSP Cost: 5/3 | Range: 0 | AOE: 10yd-sphere
Prerequisites: Concentrate water
PowerScore: None
Failure: Power Fails
Description: This power condenses 50% of the Air around the user into an extremely cold undrinkable liquid. The liquid forms a thin barrier between the psionist and others. All characters and monsters that pass through this barrier make a save vs. breath weapon. Failure denies entrance and inflicts 2d4 points of damage.
Ice Shards
MAC: 6 | PSP Cost: 5 | Range: 30 yds | AOE: Special
Prerequisites: Ice Object, Ballistic Attack
PowerScore: Creates 2d6 ice shards
Failure: Ice shards fire at psionist
Description: This power simultaneously creates 1d6 shards of Ice and projects them towards a target at incredible speeds each shard does 1d4+2 points of damage.
Ice Weaponry
MAC: 6 | PSP Cost: 5/3 | Range: 0 | AOE: 3 yd-sphere
Prerequisites: Ice Object
PowerScore: Upkeep is reduced to 1/rnd.
Failure: Weapon has speed actor of 4x normal and 1/4 damage.
Description: This power creates an Ice imitation of a desired weapon with 1/4 of the speed factor and normal damage. The Weapon Shatters upon use, but is completely reformed by next round, if the power's upkeep is paid for next round.
Ground Freeze
MAC: 7 | PSP Cost: 6/3 | Range: 30 yds | AOE: 2 yd circle
Prerequisites: Concentrate Air, Cryokinesis
PowerScore: No Save vs. Paralyzation
Failure: Psionist is Froze for 1d4-1 rnds.
Description: This power forms a 2 yd circle patch of ice that causes any creature on the Ice to suffer 1d4 damage and make a Save vs. Paralyzation. Failed save removes the ground freeze, but freezes creature for 1d4 rounds.
Ice Form (Science)
MAC: 4 | PSP Cost: 6/3 | Range: Self | AOE: Self
Prerequisites:Ice Object.
PowerScore: AC 2 before dex bonus.
Failure: Save vs Polymorph Failure renders psionist unconsious for 1d6 + 2 rnds.
Description: This Power changes the entire body of the psionist to Ice. All creatures that make direct contact with the psionist suffer 1d4 points of damage. The psionist in ice form only takes 1 rnd to regenerate any limb. If the limb was lost before the psionist entered ice form then the regenerated limb disappears when ice form is removed. The psionist must remove alll clothes to use this power. AC 4 before dex bonus. 1/2 damage to edge weapons.
Ice Armor
MAC: 5 | PSP Cost: 8/4 | Range: self | AOE: self
Prerequisites:Ice Form
PowerScore: -1 to AC
Failure: +1 to existing AC for 1d10 rounds
Description: This power simulates an ice version of a paticular armor. It has no weight and the base AC depends on a random roll of 1d10.
