Victor - formaly Pack-In-Video - is a japanese software distributer know for it's many fishing games.

As far as what I can see from my collection, Victor is the company with most fishing games in it's back-catallog.

All the games from Victor are made for the japanese marked exclusively - and are there for not avable in the west.

Luckyly a few of the titles has been translate and released in US and Europe - it is the Reel Fishing I and II to playstation and Legend of the Riverking to Gameboy

Fish Eyes (slps-00463) 1996 - Fish Eyes is released by Pack in Video Released by Natsume for the european marked in 1999 - titled Reel Fishing. Fish Eyes 2 / Reel Fishing 2 was released in 2000
Sea Bass Fishing (slps-00356) 1996 - I don't know much about this game. But it was also released to Sega Saturn.
Sea Bass Fishing 2 (slps-00992) 1997 - Must be the sequal to the other Sea Bass game.
Fishing In Japan??? (slps-01392) 1998 - From video clips I have seen this game look like the Sea Bass fishing games.
Legend of The River King (slps-01536) 1998 - This is the first fishing RPG to the playstation. The genere is known from the gameboy, snes and nes systems.
Oh Yah! (slps-01623) 1998 - Big game fishing on the PSX. I got it but can't play it bacause it req too muck japanese knowledge.
Let's go Fly Fishing (slps01827) 1999 - A mountain fly fishing game - with a few supprices!
More Sea Bass Fishing in Japan (slps-01988) 1999 - Still looks like the Sea Bass fishing game - but I don't know more about it.
Legend of the Sea King (slps-02172) 1999 - The 2. RPG fishing game - now on the sea. The japanese title is - Umi No Nushi Tsuri.
Even more Sea Bass slps-02279 1999 - What can I say? - More Sea Bass? This is the title in japanese if it helps you - MURAKOSHI SEIKAI NO BAKUCYOU NIHON RETTOU. Some called A Wave has made the game - but I have not jet found out if they got a homepage.
Fish Eyes 2 (slps-02383) 1999 - The sequal to Fish Eyes is released
Fishing in Japan 2 (slps-02890) 2000 - A new Sea Bass fishing game
