Deity Worship
 | Elemental Gods - Created by the raw magic of Lume during the formation of the planets,
sun, and moons. Each embodies an aspect of nature and is the personification of the will of Lume. Most of these
gods don't have an organized church but devout worshippers of each can be found. Those that do have an established
church are not as active in converting as the outer gods because their power is derived from Lume itself and not
the spiritual energy of their worshippers.
 | Outer Gods - After sentient life formed in Lume, the outer gods took notice of the world
and descended from other planes to convert worshippers to gain their spiritual power. They brought the knowledge
of good and evil to the world and eventually began a war between the forces of good and evil. The cataclsmic powers
unleashed during this war changed the faces of the planets, destroyed life (including a few gods), and eventually
woke the will of Lume. When Lume awoke it banished all gods from the plane so that they could only interact with
worshippers though signs, portents, and granting powers.

Druidism
 | Follow the will of Lume
 | All things in Lume have a spirit that is part of Lume
 | Reincarnation - All mortal beings in the realm of Lume exist in the wheel of death and rebirth except for dragons
(see Dragon Priests) and devout worshipers of the outer gods (who are taken to the
gods plane).
| | |
Spiritualism
 | Dragon Priests - When dragons pass from the mortal world their spirits
do not enter the outer planes or step back onto the wheel of life. Instead they remain in Lume as powerful spirits.
Many dragons and some other beings make pacts with these spirits in exchange for power. Dragon Priests are Clerics
that can choose any two spheres (as appropriate for the individual dragon or dragons) but only have access to spells
up to 6th level.
 | Ancestor Worship - Powerful ancestors sometimes watch over their family for a time before stepping back
onto the wheel of life. Some families have learned to channel the power of their ancestors. Clerics of ancestor
spirits can choose any two spheres (as appropriate for the family) but only have access to spells up to 3rd level.
 | Spirit Cults - In the spirit world surrounding Lume, there are numerous spirits that can offer guidance
and some power. Clerics of the spirits can choose any two spheres, but only have access to spells up to 1st level.
