A suped up version of Extra Attacks that allows a speedster to be in multiple
places at the same time. Each level lets you make one duplicate that can
take a separate action. The duplicates must be within a dimeter equal to
the characters movement rate and the speedster must be able to move freely
between each location they are at. The duplicates are really the same
being, just moving quickly from one place to another faster than the eye can
see. Damage done to any of the duplicates is samage done to the
character. Also if the speedster is stopped from movine, all duplicates
disappear. If a speedster also has Extra Attacks the number of attacks
adds, not multiplies (each duplicate does NOT get all the extra attacks - just
think of it as a pool of extra actions that can be separated in space).
