His dream of space exploration was crushed when Shinra Company has shifted their efforts from space development to Makou reactor developments. Currently, he is living in Rocket Town with his fellow mechanic friends, and maintains the airship Highwind. He is an employee of Shinra Company, only because he needs to fulfill his dream, and other Shinra projects are not his concerns. A machine and cigarette lover who is foul mouthed yet warm hearted. Adventurous and full of pride, there is no one as skillful as he is. He continues to chase his dreams, through that, he has gained the respect of many people in the Rocket Town and addresses him as "captain".

  • Dynamite - pulls out a dynamite, lights it up with his cigarette and throws onto the enemy

  • Dragon Dive - thrusts into extreme height and throws spears to numerous enemies
  • Big Fight - runs toward the enemies and swings his spear around

  • HighWind - Cid summons the highwind, which bombards the enemies with missiles
