Seifer is the Leader of Squad B in SeeD. He has great talent, but he has a problem of being short-tempered and overconfident. His disobedience at the SeeD raid in Dollet caused him to fail his exam. Since both he and Squall make use of the gunblade, he says that Squall is his biggest rival. You will see Seifer along with Edea early on in the game. He also has 2 aides as backup, called Rajin and Fujin.
