I had to do an independent project for my
Computer Science OAC class. Since I'm a MacShad (Yeah, baby!!), I
chose something involving math, cool graphics, and of course complicated
concepts. By complicated I mean complicated both form the mathematical
point of view and programming point of view. Then I came to Shad
and met Julia. I told her that I wrote this program that draws Julia
sets. Well, umm, Julia sets are... wait a sec. Why the hell
am I telling you guys about it?!? Download the damn program and see
for yourselves!
I finally got my FTP account from Carleton U and here's what you do... download
the file by clicking on the link below.
You now have my Fractal program.
Double click on it and play around with it. Discover the magic of
Fractals!
Julia Fractals
If you get an error message when running the program,
you probably have to download this ZIP file. Go to the page and download vb40032a.zip by right clicking on the link and clicking on "Save Link
As..." or "Save Target As..." (you can also hold down SHIFT and click).
Then unzip it and run the EXE file. It'll install the necessary DLL's on your system.
