It had been a month since Vincent had been captured. The senshi had ceased their attacks
for some unknown reason. They hadn't even tried to take the materia away again. Shera
and Cid never rested in coming up with a way to get Vincent back, particularly Shera. She still couldn't forget Selene's face.
Cid:
Shera, take a break. You're workin' too hard.
Shera:
I'm...I'm all right Cid.
Shera suddenly feels a sharp pain in her stomach area.
Shera:
(putting her hand over the spot
) Oww... (squeezes eyes shut
)
Cid:
Shera? You okay?
Shera:
Yeah. Yeah. I'm fine.
Cid:
(looking skeptical
) You sure?
Shera:
Yeah, sure.
Cid:
Shera...if you need something, just tell me okay? (gives her a small kiss on her forehead
)
Shera:
Okay Cid. (smiles
)
Cid:
I'm gonna head over to Cloud's and see how Lucrecia's doin'. Wanna come?
Shera:
No, thank you. I gotta finish up here. I'll go as soon as I finish okay?
Cid:
Sure. See ya later!
Cid exits the house. Shera walks to her lab. Once in the lab, the pain returns in
Shera's stomach area. She tries to fight it, but it is too unbearable. She faints...
Lucrecia had not quite gotten over the incident with Vincent and Selene. She would
isolate herself, not speaking to anyone, not even Sephiroth. She walks outside. Sephiroth
follows her outside of Cloud's home, where they were staying. Cloud had gone with
Aeris and Tifa to get some groceries.
Sephiroth:
Mama, what are you doing? (walks up next to her
)
Lucrecia:

Sephiroth:
Mama?
Lucrecia:
......
Sephiroth:
Mom, it's not healthy for you to be like this.
Lucrecia squeezes her eyes shut as if to block out his voice. A bright light then
appears a few yards away from where Lucrecia and Sephiroth are standing.
Sephiroth:
What the hell is that? (draws Masamune
)
The light diminishes to reveal Selene and Vincent.
Sephiroth:
Speak of the devil!
Selene:
Long time no see Lucrecia!
Lucrecia:
(clenches fists
) You.....@#$%^& ! Give back Vincent!
Selene:
(laughs evilly
) Not a chance! He's mine now! He loves ME, not you! He doesn't want to go back to
you, right Vince?
Vincent:
Yes... (kisses her
)
An immense anger builds up inside of Lucrecia.
Selene:
(laughs
) What are you so angry about Lucrecia? Had you told him before I did, he might have
gone to you. Now he sleeps with me every night. He's VERY good in bed too y' know.
Lucrecia:
Vincent! (runs to him
)
Vincent slaps her away.
Sephiroth:
Vincent! What the @#$%^&* is wrong with you? (runs up in front of Lucrecia
)
Selene:
Lucrecia, I hope I haven't been a nuisance to you, but all's fair in love and war!
(laughs) Oh, did I forget to mention to you that I'm pregnant? (throws a photo at Lucrecia
) See for yourself!
Lucrecia's anger builds even more as she sees the picture.
Lucrecia:
You...you @#$%^&*&^%$#@#$%^&* !!!!!!!! (runs towards Selene) How could you do that
to Vince?!!!
Vincent:
Ultima! Attack!
Sephiroth:
Mama!!
Sephiroth runs up in front of Lucrecia and gets blasted by Ultima. He falls to the
ground.
Lucrecia:
Sephiroth! (looks at Selene
) That's it! I've had it! (runs to Sephiroth and grabs a materia orb from his coat
) First, you take the one I love, now you hurt my son! You're gonna pay dearly with.....
(checks materia orb
).....Bahamut ZERO!
Selene:
(crosses her arms
) You wouldn't dare hit Vincent with that, would you?
Lucrecia:
(hesitates
) I.....I....
Selene:
(laughs
) You wouldn't dare!!
Lucrecia:
(holding materia tight
) Vince...forgive me....TERA..FLARE!
Selene:
You @#$%^!! (laughs
) I don't need him anyway! I'm already pregnant! Ha ha ha! (vanishes
)
Vincent gets hit by Bahamut ZERO and falls to the ground, unconscious. Lucrecia rushes
to his side.
Lucrecia:
Vincent! Vincent! Can you hear me?
Vincent:
(slowly opening eyes
) Rukre...? Is that...you? (begins to cough)
Lucrecia:
Vincent! You've come to!
Sephiroth comes to as well.
Sephiroth:
Uhh...Mama? You okay?
Lucrecia:
Yes Sephiroth. Are you okay? (brushes his bangs out of his face with her hand
)
Sephiroth:
Do you really think Ultima can hurt me that much?
Lucrecia:
Good point. (smiles
) I'm going to take Vincent inside. Can you manage?
Sephiroth:
Yeah. I should call the others too. (pauses
) Mom, I'm glad you're okay now.
Lucrecia smiles again.
Lucrecia:
Thank you Sephiroth.
When everyone arrives at Cloud's house
(all except Shera)....
Cloud:
What happened?
Aeris:
I'll go call the doctor from Mideel.
Aeris gets up and uses the PHS to call the doctor.
Lucrecia:
(sighs
) Well... (tells them everything that just happened
)
When Lucrecia had finished telling them everything, all were shocked at what she did.
Barret:
Way to go Lucrecia!
Tifa:
Yeah. Weren't you scared that you could've killed Vincent though? I mean, Bahamut
ZERO is a pretty strong summon spell.
Lucrecia:
Well, if anyone was going to kill him, it was going to be me. But....(voice drops)
I'll kill him anyway right now.
Cloud:
Why?
Lucrecia:
Selene's......pregnant. And it's not by Sailor Mercury.
Cloud:
Oh my......
Aeris:
Are you sure? I mean, how do you know Selene's not lying?
Lucrecia:
(in a lower voice
) Here's the proof. (tosses the picture to Aeris
)
Aeris:
(looking at the picture
) Oh my.... a sonigram....
Everyone sees the picture. Then there is silence. Tifa is the first to break the silence.
Tifa:
I'm so sorry Lucrecia.
Lucrecia:
It's okay Tifa. It's my fault. Like Selene said, had I been strong, like Shera, I
would've told Vincent how I felt sooner. Now it doesn't matter. He loves her now.
(tears form in her eyes) I don't think I should've taken him away from Selene, but
I was just so angry...
There is a knock on the door.
Aeris:
(gets up to answer the door
) The doctor from Mideel is here.
Lucrecia gets up and leads the doctor to the room where Vincent was. Vincent's eyes
were closed. Either he was asleep, or he had slipped unconscious again.
Doctor:
Is this the patient?
Lucrecia:
Yes doctor. (looks down at Vincent
) Vincent, you son of a @#$%^&*.
After the doctor examines Vincent, he goes to the living room where the rest wait
for a response on his condition.
Doctor:
He'll be just fine. He just needs to recover from the burns from the spell, but they
aren't serious. Apparently, a weak magic person cast this spell.
Lucrecia:
(laughs
) Thank you Doctor. (gives him 10,000 gil
)
Cid:
Well posse, I'll be back. I left Shera at home, and I think she ought to know about
this. Maybe now we can put an end to them damn senshi!
Cloud:
All right Cid.
Cid leaves. When he gets home, he is surprised to see that Shera wasn't around.
Cid:
Shera? Shera! Where are ya? (checks bedrooms
) She's gotta be in the lab.
Cid goes into the lab. There, he finds Shera passed out on the floor.
Cid:
Shera! Shera! (picks her up
) Dammit woman! Say something! (thinks
) Maybe the doctor from Mideel is still at Cloud's...
He carries Shera back to Cloud's house, hoping that the doctor is still there. When
he gets there, he barges in and sets Shera on the floor.
Cid:
Move over everyone! Doctor! We need some help here!
Aeris:
What happened?
Cid:
I don't know! I went home and I found her like this! Doctor, do something please!
The doctor examines Shera. He laughs when he finds out what is wrong with her.
Doctor:
Well...(chuckles
) She's fine. But... (eyes Cid
) she's pregnant.
Cid:
(eyes widen
) WHAAAA....???
Aeris:
She's....pregnant? (stares at Cid
)
Cloud:
But...how? (stares at Cid
)
Barret:
Maybe... (stares at Cid
)
Tifa:
You don't suppose... (stares at Cid
)
Lucrecia:
Shera DOES live with... (stares at Cid
)
Yuffie:
Shera IS in love with.... (stares at Cid
)
Cid:
All right! All right! I made love to Shera! So what?!!! Ya gotta @#$%^^&* problem?
All:

Doctor:
She'll come to in a while. Just let her rest and don't stress her out too much. Congratulations,
Mr. Highwind.
Cid:
AAAAHHHH!! I need some air! (runs outside

Cloud:
Poor Cid. At least he found true love.
Aeris and Tifa quickly turn around and look at Cloud.
Aeris:
You haven't found true love?
Tifa:
Are you interested in having a girlfriend?
Yuffie:
You guys need to grow up. Get a real man, like Taylor from Hanson.
ALL turn and stare at Yuffie.
Sephiroth:
Yuffie, you are @#$%^&* up!
Barret:
Beyond @#$$^^&&* up!
Cloud:
Yuffie, Hanson is like you: annoying, pathetic, and @#$%^&* up!
Yuffie:
(tears forming in her eyes
) You all are mean! WAAAAAA!!!
Everyone rolls their eyes. Barret bonks Yuffie on the head with his gun arm. Lucrecia
gets up and walks back to the room where Vincent was.
Vincent sees Lucrecia and sits up.
Lucrecia:
Vince? You awake?
Vincent:
Ay, Rukre, come here for a second.
Lucrecia:
Yes Vince?
Vincent:
I need to talk to you.
Lucrecia:
(sits on bed side and clears her throat
) What is it?
Vincent:
Ay, Rukre, what happened to Selene?
Lucrecia:
(looks away
) You should know.
Vincent:
I don't know. Last thing I remember was Sailor Mercury appearing.
Lucrecia:
What? You mean you don't know what happened after that?
Vincent:
(shakes his head
) No. Tell me.
Lucrecia:
(sighs
) Well, you were held captive for about a month by Selene and the sailor senshi. What
for, I don't know.
Vincent:
A month??
Lucrecia:
Yes. Well, after that, I guessed you fell in love with her and didn't want to come
back to us. You made love to her I don't know how many times, and she wound up pregnant.
When Lucrecia said that, Vincent's felt as if someone had just driven a knife through
his heart.
Vincent:
(shocked beyond belief
) What?! How can that be?! I made love to her?! She's lying!! I would never in my
life make love to her!!
Lucrecia:
No Vincent, she's not lying. (shows him the sonigram
)
In that instant, Vincent's world came crashing down. So many emotions raced through
him: anger, hatred, sadness, pity. His freedom was over. His only chance with Lucrecia;
gone.
Vincent:
(punches the wall
) You @#$%^&*!!!! You ?@#$% ruined my life!! How could you!!! Arggghh!!!!!!!!! (buries his face in his hands
)
Lucrecia:
Don't hate her Vince. (tears streaming down her cheeks
) She's carrying your child. (sobs
)
Vincent calms down when he sees Lucrecia crying. He sits down next to her.
Vincent:
Rukre, why you cry?
Lucrecia just shakes her head.
Vincent:
(puts claw hand on top of her right hand
) Rukre, tell me. I won't get mad.
Lucrecia:
Vince, I can't. It doesn't matter anymore.
Vincent:
Tell me Rukre.
Lucrecia:
Vince...I...I (sniffles
) love you. Since you came for me in the cave, little by little I fell in love with
you. (wipes tears away with her hand
)
Vincent:
Rukre, why didn't you tell me sooner?
Lucrecia:
It didn't matter. I thought you had fallen in love with Selene.
Vincent:
Rukre, you know I can only love one woman, and that woman is you.
Lucrecia stares at him.
Lucrecia:
You....you're still in love with me?
Vincent nods.
Lucrecia:
I thought you would never forgive me for what I did to you 5 years ago.
Vincent shakes his head.
Vincent:
Rukre, no matter what, I still love you. And I always will.
Lucrecia:
Vince... (looks into his red eyes
)
Vincent:
Rukre...I love you...
Lucrecia leans closer and kisses Vincent. Vincent is turned on when Lucrecia slips
her tongue into his mouth.
Vincent:
(thinking
) I love her so much it hurts...
He wraps his arms around her and pulls her closer. Lucrecia then proceeds to run her
hands through his jet black hair while still kissing him. Somehow, kissing Lucrecia
made Vincent temporarily forget about Selene and the baby.....
Meanwhile, at the sailor senshi headquarters...
Selene paces around in her room at the sailor senshi headquarters. She is pissed at
the fact that Lucrecia had taken "her" Vincent.
Selene:
That @#$%^&* Lucrecia! How dare she take my Vincent! Oh well, I have something she
doesn't : Vincent's child! (laughs
)
She walks over to the main hall where the sailor senshi were.
Mars:
(sees Selene walk in
) Hey Selene. How's the baby?
Selene:
Just fine Sailor Mars. Thanks.
Uranus:
(runs fingers through her short blonde hair
) I think we can finally rest for a while, since AVALANCHE is no longer a threat.
Now we just have to wait for Sailor Mercury to complete the rest of our plan with
the help of Vincent. He is still here, right Selene? (looks at her
)
Selene freezes. She couldn't disappoint them after they had helped her.
Selene:
(thinks
) I can't tell them that he escaped until I can figure out how to bring him back.
(to Sailor Uranus
) Um...uh... yeah! Yeah! He's still here!
She suddenly gets a sharp pain in her stomach area.
Selene:
(puts hands to spot
) Oww!! (squints
) It hurts!
Sailor Mercury walks over to Selene

Mercury:
What have I told you about stressing yourself out?
Selene:
Yes, Miss Mercury.
Mercury:
Now go lie down.
Selene manages to walk back to her room. Once there, she plops onto her bed.
