Some companies perform drug tests on new employees. Only if you don't use any drugs, you can get a jobthere. This implies that someone who doesn't use drugs is a harder worker than someone who does. I find this absolutebullshit, it is false discrimination. Second, I find that your boss doesn't have the right to tell you what todo and what not with your own body in your own time. You only work for them, you don't sell your soul to them!
The most common method of testing is the urine test. Luckily, it is not so hard to pass this test. Readhere how.
1. Time
Some drug by-products (metabolites) stay in the body fluids longer
than others. Most remain only 48-72 hours, the fat-soluble ones,
like metabolities of marijuana, can remain for weeks.
2. Fluids
Acidic fruits juices (eg: orange, cranberry, grapefruit) will help
flush metabolites from your body.
3. Medical contraindications
If you have a heart, kidney or bladder problem, or diabetes, this
procedure is not recommended. In fact, if you have ANY health prob-
lem, it's wise to first consult with your physician before follow-
ing this or any similar cleansing procedure.
4. Procedure
First and foremost: stop ingesting the drug immediately.
From the time you start this procedure until 24 hours before the
urinalysis, start drinking acidic fruit juices. The goal is 8 8oz
glasses per day, spaced out evenly over the entire day. Also start
taking a "one-per-day" multivitamin. Avoid fatty foods (they tend
to slow digestion and passage of waste from the body).
From the period 24 hours before the test, until the test, stop
all acidic fruit juices and replace with 8 8oz glasses of water
per day. Start taking 2 "one-per-day" multivitamins.
The morning of the test, flush ALL morning urine from your sys-
tem. Get your bladder as empty as possible.
When it comes time to take the test, make sure you start urina-
ting into the toilet, then interrupt the stream with the sample
bottle, then finish in the toilet.
Your urine sample will be as clean as possible. The more time
you have to follow this procedure, the cleaner it will be. 48
hours is usually enough time to cleanse the urine of all detect-
able traces of drugs. Heavier and longer-term users of drugs
with fat-soluble metabolities (eg: marijuana) may require more
than 48 hours for "clean" urine. BACK
