The XP250 is a Pretty good weapon, for an XP. Before the CPS line was introduced, this was one of the best guns in existance. However, now with the advent of the CPS line, this gun isn't as useful as it once was. It still can be useful in some situations, though.
This gun has 4 different firing settings. One is XP, another one is either 2x or 3x XP, I'm not really sure, There is a wide nozzle, Which shoots very wide, but it dosn't go too far and a showerhead, which is practically useless and can be better converted into a Riot blast nozzle.
This gun holds a fair amount of water. It's not as heavy as the 2500, But I think it's a little heavier than the 1000.
This gun has a long firing time, It might last a good 20 seconds. It also can shoot pretty far, and coupled with the sheer power of it's dual PTs, it can hit pretty hard too.
The one Thing I really hate about this gun is the trigger. It's a handle, which means you have to use both hands to fire, rather than just one. This makes it almost completely useless to carry another gun with this one.
A great gun, for an XP, just don't expect it to match the CPS guns
