To start with a new design we need your help. Please send us a screenshot of your favourite site (Print Screen (PrtSc), open in PSP (or other) and paste). That would help. The site will be totally new (we hope :)) with some new "features". We'll start today.
We played Midtown Madness yesterday with many other people in a race called "Cops & Robbers". It was great and fun to play. Sometimes it was slow but most of the times it was normal. Check it out !

Today we start with the new design. That means that it isn't finished yet, but we'll start creating one today. The page won't be updated for a few days, but I hope to see all Carmageddon fans when it's finished :) .
We will continue with the site and we start with a new design this week. That's for sure. Now on the real news. I received an e-mail yesterday which said I spammed the CWA Message Board. I don't know where they got these ideas from, but one thing's sure. I didn't do it. Why would I spam the (Carmageddon) Message Board ? Because I'm a Carmageddon fan ? Duh, why would I run this site then ? Let's hope you now know it wasn't me.
Well, we're thinking about it to close the site. There is no Carmageddon news at the moment and Carmageddon 3 is going to be released at the end of '99 (!) and maybe later. It's not for sure yet, but we are making plans. If it happens, we'll be back a few months before Carmageddon 3 will be released with a totally new site.
We're sorry that we haven't updated the site up til now then. The Pedestrian Precinct has a new webmaster, Justin. We became 2nd of being a webmaster. Too bad.... Still planning for a new design: we don't know when it will arrive. Well, there isn't much news for the last few days so we'll update when there is some.

As we said, nothing much. We added the picture of the Talbot. We'll put the other two pictures to the section later this day.
We've been working on a background and as you see it's finished and up. You'll also notice that there is a new logo. From now on this will be our new logo. It will be re-designed in a few days so it's going to look better.
Yes, we just don't stop. We added 3 new cars for all you people out there who still enjoy the game. The cars: Escort Cosworth, QuadBike and the Talbot. Too bad there aren't any pictures at the moment. We'll add these later. Ok, that's it, see you later.
Well, some cars are deleted. We'll list them here: the Viper RT/10, Viper GTS-R, Viper GTS and the Monster Jeep. These will be deleted in a few minutes. Tomorrow (or Thursday) we'll put a link to the original files.
Added the AllAdvantage logo to the main section.
We just received an e-mail from the CFC. There are a few cars in the (Edited) Cars section which are from the CFC. We'll have to "remove" some later today but of course, we'll "replace" them by linking to the official site, the site where the cars belong to.
Well, the pictures are up too. Now the whole section is complete. Enjoy !

The pictures aren't uploaded yet, but I will do this tomorrow. In the meantime, you can download the cars already. We will continue updating the (Edited) Cars section with new cars when new ones are released.

Remember, we also host your banner, so send us your name, banner, URL and site name and we'll put it online for you (not always, but most of the times we do :) ). When you enter MICRo, you'll automatically be taken to the 'new' site in 15 seconds. Some things have changed but most things are still the same. The LinkExchange banner is removed because they didn't want the GeoCities pop-ups on this page. Well, that saves some space :) . You can send us your banner and URL and we'll put it for you on top of the page. We'll also accept other banners, like music and other games. Please tell us what you think of this page. Did you like the other one better than this one ? Or maybe you have a design for us ? Just put a message on the Message Board or mail us.
The Midtown Madness site is opened for a few weeks now, but it's still in the 'early-beta stage'. It will be changed in the very near future. But you can visit it here already. The re-design hasn't been finished for a few months now, though we said it would be online soon. This week we will start with the new design (really :) ) and we'll put it online as soon as possible. Maybe some new graphics too. I can't add more cars to the Cars & Pedestrians section because we don't have any space anymore. But we'll do our best to get more. Oh, and we played the Midtown Madness beta for a few days now, and we can tell you that it's going to be HOT ! With its excellent graphics (cars, levels) it's going to be huge ! And if you live in the US, it's already for sale, so...
Bad news: there is still no Carmageddon news. We know that we're late with the updates but the CIH virus was found again on Monday 26 April so we had to shut down the computer for that day. The next day we bought a VirusScan, called McAfee VirusScan, and we scanned our computer with it. No viruses found. We still weren't sure so we downloaded the free update on Tuesday. Same thing, no viruses. So we could start the updates on Thursday because Wednesday we were too busy.
It took a while (11 hours), but we removed the virus from our hard disk. We are save now, but for how long ? We also saw a few problems which other people couldn't see. Some pages were white instead of black. Well, we fixed this problem now and everything is back to normal. What a busy day... Ok, that's it, see you tomorrow. Oh, and we added a link to the Links section.
Tomorrow, on Monday 26 April 1999, a virus named CIH will strike. It's a dangerous virus which should be removed from your hard disk once you have it. To see how to remove it, visit this page. Be quick...Time is running out and tomorrow it might be too late. Sorry for the late update but we had the CIH virus ourselves so we had to remove it first.
All infected files on your hard disk will be .exe files. This is because CIH will only affect your .exe files. The other News Archive has not been moved to the Old News page: we deleted it by accident.. One screenshot will be uploaded to the page later, but that's not important now. Hurry up.
