| Albert Rothstein was the grandson of Terence Curtis, a scientist whom the Ultra-Humanite altered to become Cyclotron. Curtis briefly served
the Ultra-Humanite but eventually sacrificed himself to stop him. His daughter was
affected by the atomic energies that he harnessed, although not directly. His grandson,
however, received the legacy. Albert Rothstein's godfather was Al
Pratt, the original Atom. He raised Albert to use his powers responsibly. Albert
joined the group of superheroes called Infinity, Inc. and, after the group disbanded,
ended up joining the Justice League America. |
