Prince Brion Markov was chosen by Dr. Helga Jace to protect his country using a new drug she had found. This drug temporarily gave whoever used it super powers. For those of royal blood, however, it gave them permanent powers. Thus, to fight Baron Bedlam, Prince Brion became super-powered. His fight against the Baron was joined by a motley crew who later names themselves the Outsiders. They worked well together and decided to stick together under the tuteledge of Batman. After staying in Gotham for several years, they decided to move on and went to Los Angeles. They disbanded for several years until, more recently, several of them banded together again to fight a common threat. |
