2) When Pilots join the GAA VA. they will recieved a pilot number showing on which company of the group they belong.

3) Pilots from ARPA VA. if they want they can fly flights from TACA VA. same case for pilots from TACA VA., however if the pilots wants to fly a flight of the other airline, they will have to confirm the request to his captain of base, that the pilot is interested in fly a flight from the other airline. so the captain will prepare a schedule acording to the pilot request.

4) Each pilot must make at least 1 (one) flight per month, to keep it active in the pilot roster, after 2(two) months if the pilot dont report a flight or send a notice explaining why he doesnt fly, the captain will proceed to put the pilot to inactive status.

5) The maximun hours that a pilot can fly in a month is 80 (eighty) hours.

6) The pilot will earn a new rank when the hours that flew are acording to his rank, and also the pilot will be authorize to fly other aircraft in the fleet.

7) Each pilot have to report each flight that flew, and he must follow the rules that the pilot received to the flight, waypoints, aircraft, times schedules.

8) The base captain will check each report that the pilot submited, and if there is a problem the captain will send an email explain a problem a how to solve it, if everything is ok in the report the hours that the pilot flew will acredited to his fly log.

9) Each pilot can choose the destinatios of his airline and fly the flights in which his rank accept, and the pilot will have to request that he wants to fly a specific flight.

10) When a pilot choose a flight this flight is complete, this means that the pilot mus make the return flight too. (I E-- ASU---GRU---GRU---ASU)

11) All the flights flew no matter in which airline its flew, always have the same value of hours, this means that each pilots is always earning flights hours in both airlines.
