FATE
By Articuna16
Our walk toward the hour of the
night was foretold
to happen and mark this
point within a galaxy war.
We remember our faces so
clearly then,
filled in innocence with eyes
that never sought to watch
remorse of utter destruction.
Our minds so free and
dripped in virtue.
Till we faced the worthy hero,
from another star.
We used to pray to wipe
away this grim filled memory,
this vivid memory
of the death of
War Prince Elfangor-Sirinial-Shamtul.
The evil,
who killed our creator,
haunts us into ravage query,
unquestionable doubt,
and has condemned us to fight
an endless war.
His name,
this evil,
has caused a flood of graves
and still we cry,
for when someday our names
will be placed upon the tombs
of Visser Three.
Why?
A question ever asked
with an answer never whispered.
For only higher beings
have etched the strings of time
can answer the question
of our true destiny.
And only can we,
the Animorphs,
can save the world,
save ourselves,
and save the fate of
our universe.
