Silo is one of those levels that really changes over difficulty levels. On Agent, you can pretty much run right through, trying to get Turbo Mode. On 00 Agent, you have to try over and over to stay alive, while completing the objectives.
On Agent, you only need to snap a pic of the satellite, and try not to kill too many scientists. Pretty much run through the rooms, kill the men, and find a keycard in each room with scientists and computers. Either a scientist has the card, or he's already dropped it on the ground.
When you get to a place with two paths, which will be the room after the scientists, always go right. Continue to the room with a blue thingy (the satellite) right in the middle. Snap pics until it says you've completed the objective. Then, just continue out the door. THERE IS NO KEYCARD IN THIS ROOM. Follow Ouromov to the left. This the only time you go left in those halls. Keep goin till you reach the elevator. Go in, and finish the level.
The new objectives in Secret Agent are to "Get all the Circuit Boards", and to "Retrieve Telenetric Data." These are simple. In each room with scientists there is a green circuit board, usually on a table. Get em all. In the scientist room before the one with the satellite there is a DAT. It is immediately to the right when you walk in. Get that, and do everything else.
On 00 Agent, do all of the above, plus one thing. In each scientist room, place a Plastique. This will make a really cool cut scene happen at the end that shows the whole place blowin up. That's the only extra.
