1. I've beaten Capitain's well,
but how do I return Ray to my hide out?

How do I get back after getting through Windia?
To return back to your hideout simply head back to Windia. Just south of Windia you'll see a gap with a post on each side. Place Sten in front of the party and hit the button that activates your special field move. On the SNES its simply the "Y" button, I can't be sure on the Emulator but try the Read Me file and see if that doesn't help some.
2. Where in God's name is Bleu?
Bleu is actually somewhat easy to get, you just need Grandpa (the whale) first. Now find where HighFort is, (check out my map section if you don't know) And head to the very south of that continent. There will be a beach landing for the whale and just slightly north of it you'll see a slight indentation in the sand. Walk up to this little house and talk to all the Bleu Ghosts inside. Now take the whale (or warp or fly) back to HomeTown and enter the Magic School where you first met Nina. Talk to everyone in there and Eventually one will Join your team as Bleu (Although I do belive Bleu is on the second floor of the building.)
3. How do I get out of Gandaroof's mind?
You may be having one of 2 problems. First off you must defeat the boss in his mind. In order to do this you must talk to a specific person in the second town of his mind (the one with the middle aged men in it) He'll say something about there should be only 2 towns not 3... Now return to the first town you entered and you'll now be have to find your way through a dungeon. (Consult my FAQ once the third section is up.)
The other trouble is that you've already beaten the boss but still can't get out. So in order to escape his mind you must go to the town with the children in it. Go either the armory or the item shop and talk to the shop keepers, one of them will give you the option to "Leave the mind" Click "yes" and you're out!
4. How do I get ChopChop or Boombada?
ChopChop - In order to get this spell you must have Jean in your group right after you find him in the Woods. Take Jean above the waterfall (have him turn into his giant frog special ability by pressing the "Y" button or its equivalent) and then have him fall down it. Inside there is a wise man who will give Ryu 3 dragon spells if he is in the lead. Next enter the Wild Cat Café, but DO NOT go into Jeans Castle in the middle of the lake before this. Now obey all but 2 of the signs, (the ones I'd suggest to break would be those asking for your armor and weapons) then use the dragon spell on Wild Cat and fight him off. If you beat him answer no, yes, no , yes to his questions and he'll give you the option of Chop Chop. Put whomever you would like in the lead and then you can give the spell to them.

5. How Do I make my Town Fly?
To make your Town Fly you must have reached the point in the game where you can use Mina to fly Evrai. The essential battle occurs when you get to Evrai and Fight the oldman surrounded by the Guard Eyes. In order to get your Town to fly you must let the oldman survive the battle. Attack only the Guard Eyes because the oldman can only withstand a few hits. After you save the oldman and he transports you back to township go to the town Guntz. Go into the very large building to the farthest North in Guntz and then go up the stairs... you'll see several book cases, go to the top wall and then head straight right, you should find a secret passage that will lead you to a person named Eichichi. She studies the machine and helps you fly it. If for some reason she won't join you town make sure you've gone into the well and checked out the equipment around it.
6. Where can i get the Medusa Shield and NoTwinRp?
The medusa shield and the NoTwnRP can both be won off the N Riders. These extremely tough enemies reside on an island that can be only reached via the Great Bird or Township there's a weapon shop with extremely high prices and it has plam trees on it.
You can also buy the Medusa shield off of Maniro although it does take some luck...
(I know i make this sound confusing but its really hard to describe)
First off head south of CotLnd. (With Jean) Check your monster gauge constantly and when you see an obvious change in the monsters behavior. Now there will be like a certain point in the overworld where this little guy changes, find the line, and fight on the weaker enemy side. A fishing spot should appear after a few battles, now turn jean into his giant frog form and attempt to reach the fishing hole without fighting. If you do you need to go back across the "enemy line" and fight on the weaker side again.
7. How do I fish?
To fish you must walk up to one of the spots where a fish is jumping out of the water that occur after a battle sometimes. Place the hero in front and press A or Y. Now go to Equip, go under Etc And equip a fishing rod and some bait (worms, urchins, shrimp, etc.). Now just cast the line in and crunch buttons once you get a hold of something. The strongest pole (charm rod) can be found in the Inn just south of Evrai so I suggest checking it out if you ever hope to haul out those treasure chests or big ol' snappers
8. Where is the Best Dragon Spell
The best Dragon Spell (G.Dragon) is in Evrai, you'll get it in the battle against Ray. And you MUST use it to to beat him.
