I stopped by the flower shop and picked up a dozen white roses. Then i stopped off at the jewlers. I looked around for the best ring. I wanted to get her something she would love. I spotted it. When he handed me it to look at i told him instantly i wanted it but i wanted something engraved on it. I said engrave this on it..."I sat by my lonesome, thinking of you. When a thought came to mind, I knew what to do. I got up and acted, and here's what you see, a wedding ring and white roses for you!" After he finished he gave me the ring and i wrapped it up in a ring box. I set out looking for the women i hoped would be my wife.
When i reached the clerics guild i looked all over. I checked every place except the temple. When i checked there she was kneeling and praying to god. I watched her and stared at her for what seemed like an enternity. When she glanced up and me she grinned and spotted the flowers that were now in a bundle. I gave them to her and it was only then that she rrealized that the roses were wraped up with something solid and not a rope. She pulled it off and looked at the ring. She read the engraving...
Then when she looked back at me i was on my knee. I said, "Well what do you say my sweet? Will you marry me?" She glanced at me and then broke out in tears. I looked at her and thought with joy. Those are happy tears. She sank into my arms and whispered yes... The next few weeks were a blur. We set up the wedding and it was tomorrow. We had spent all week with each other. Going out to eat and dancing.
I had asked my best friend and brother faenden to be my best man, or elf i mean. After the wedding we left for River haven and that is where we would stay for the night. After that we would travel to shard to build a home and live together for the rest of our lifes. I still worked as a barb and upped my stats. We have been happy and are still happy to this day. We have two young kids. A boy and a girl. They are twins. They are the sweetest things in all Elanthia except for my wife, Bria, which is more beautiful than a thousand gemstones.
