MAGNET OF LOVE

This attraction spell can be used to attract many potential partners,
or you can focus on a specific target. The Magnet of Love Spell is an
adaptation of spells using lodestones. Lodestones are naturally
occurring magnets and are traditional components in magic.
A common kitchen magnet is used in place of the usual lodestone.
This spell creates a talisman that is carried with you when you wish
to attract people or a specific target. After a week, the spell will
begin to fade and you can either bury the talisman or recharge it by
performing the spell again with the original components.
Each time you repeat the working, your talisman will become stronger.

Components:
A large magnet such as those found on refrigerators
Nine paper clips
Parchment paper
A small red cloth pouch
1 teaspoon powdered cloves
1 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
Writing instrument

Directions:
Tear nine small sections from the parchment paper.
These should be about 1"x1" square.
Write your target's first name on each piece of paper.
If you are not specifying anyone, write the word 'love'
on three pieces, the word 'lust' on three pieces,
and the word 'passion' on three pieces.
You may wish to use your favorite magical alphabet for this.

Attach a paper clip to each piece of parchment.
Focus your energy and sprinkle the parchment pieces
with the cinnamon and clove powders. Hold the magnet
in your receptive hand while concentrating your energy
on drawing love toward you or on your specific target.
Slowly move the magnet toward one of the pieces until
it attaches to the paper clip. Draw the parchment
toward you slowly, continuing to focus your energy.
Remove the parchment from the magnet and place it in the pouch.
Repeat for the remaining pieces. When the last piece
is in the pouch, add the magnet and tie it shut.
This pouch becomes a talisman which attracts others to you
so long as it is carried with you.

VOODOO LOVE SPELL:

You will need:
1 bowl of honey
1 red candle
1 picture of the person you want
1 rose
1 pinch of basil

Light the red candle while saying the person's name.
Place the picture in the bowl of honey.
Sprinkle some basil over it.
Place the rose in the honey. Say:

"Love me, by the power of three,
Come to me."

Stick the candle in the bowl of honey.
Let the candle burn itself out.

LOVE SPELL:

Items needed:
Basic altar set-up
Red candle
Patchouli incense
Oil of cinnamon
Needle

Shield, Ground & Center.
Cast circle.
Charge of the Goddess.

Light incense; pass candle three times through smoke and say:

"Spirit of Air, envelope (name of loved one) with love for me."

Tap candle three times with wand and say:

"Spirit of Fire, fill the heart of (name of loved one) with love for me."

Using athame, add three pinches of salt to bowl of water, mix with athame,
sprinkle a few drops of water over the candle and say:

"Spirit of Water, wash over (name of loved one)'s heart with love for me."

Anoint candle with oil of cinnamon and say:

"Spirit of Earth, let love for me grow in (name of loved one)'s heart,
mind and soul as your plants grow from the ground."

Using athame, scratch name of loved one on candle.
Stick needle through wick of candle and say:

"Let there be no peace for (name of loved one) until he/she is one with me."

Light candle and say:

"Let (name of loved one)'s love burn like this fire.
So mote it be."

Meditate on the desired outcome of the spell while concentrating on
the candle's flame. Raise power and send forth.

Ground.
Thank the Goddess.
Open circle.

Let candle burn down.

LOVE SPELL:

Take a small perfectly square piece of paper.
Fold it in half and unfold it.
Write your name on the bottom and the other name on the top
in RED PENCIL only. Plant it in a place where wildflowers grow
or a place sacred to you. Go to it twice a day and chant:

Love and beauty
Beauty and peace
Peace and love

NEW ORLEANS COMPLETE LOVE SPELL:

Materials:
Red poppet doll
A length of cord
Some silver pins
A pink candle
An incense of rose
Oil of Desire Me
Some rose petals and vervain (the herbs of Venus)

On a night of Venus as the moon doth wax, anoint a pink candle
with the Oil of Desire Me. Anoint also thy own brow and then
place a few drops of oil on the red poppet doll in the area of the heart.
Light the incense and the candle to set the mood and work only
by its light. Sprinkle a circular area large enough to encircle
your poppet lying at its center with the herbs of Venus,
which be rose and vervain, and sprinkle the doll with them also.
Bind a cord around the doll in the heart area, tying seven knots
for Venus with these words:

Lover, lover, thy thoughts are of me
No other face but mine dost thou see.
Thou are bound to me by knots of twine,
The Goddess of Love maketh thee mine.

Place the poppet in the circle of herbs. Drive a pin in the area
of the doll's heart as thou seest thy lover responding to thy will
and say forcefully this rhyme:

I make thee mine, I love thee so fine.
Thou canst flee to the ends of the sea.
Thou art bound to me by knots of twine.
The Goddess of Love maketh thee mine.

Sit and calmly call out thy lover's name as the candle burns.
After an hour put it out. Each Friday thereafter, repeat the words
and add another pin to the doll. The lover will be thine
for as long as thou wilt.

WITCHES SPELL TO CONJURE UP A NEW LOVER

On a Night of Venus as Luna doth wax, take Dove's Blood Ink
(or red ink) and scribe on a square of parchment either the name
of the one thou wouldst woo or a description of the type of person.
Thou wouldst have, and pin it to the back of a poppet made of new
red cloths. Anoint the poppet with an oil called Luv Luv Luv
and sprinkle it over with a good French Love Powder. Mix together
equal amounts of Love Incense and Compelling Incense.
Light the incenses to burn as thou chantest these words:

Oil and power, incense and doll,
Bring me a lover as I call.
A lover to be true,
Makes each day ever new.
Bring my love to me
By Blood of Dove and Law of Three.
I call to this one now
I draw my love somehow
I shall this one with love endow
This doll of love on Venus's night
Produces for me my heart's delight.

Lovingly wrap the poppet in a clean red cloth and seclude it away
out of sight. Repeat this process each night thereafter until the
one thou wants or the type thou wishes appears in thy life.
