I own Shining in the Darkness, Shining Force, and Shining Force 2. I enjoy them about equally (except SITD doesn't save!) I have around 25 Genesis games, and 35 NES games. I usually try to collect the series of a game, such as SMB 1,2,3, TMNT 1,2,3, Ze
da 1,2, Mega Man 1,2,3 (needs work), Double Dragon 1,2 (Ditto), and so on. Shining Force 2 has got some of the best game play out of all the games I have. It makes me wish I could get 3 (if I had the system).

I feel that when people try to compare shf2 with other Rpg's i don't think you can. Shining force is a strategy RPG unlike you normal rpg's the only other game you ccan compare it to that i know of is Final Fantays Tactics.
