The Mothra is a pet made by Bandai in Japan. There are 3 versions. One is a white and blue egg tht was sold in retail stores. There is another version that was sold only in movie theaters showing "Mothra 2". There is yet another version that is clear blue, and could only be obtained in a lottery. The game inside is the same for all 3.
The Mothra eats leaves and plays a game where you have
to find the leaf in one of 4 holes. When it gets sick, two
small figures come and dance around him, and sometimes he
tears down buildings and you must discipline him. The icons and gameplay are much like a tam.
