Hell. Imagine a place where everyone competes to be the most vile, subservient consumer of balistic weaponry that ever lived. Remove all morals and ethics, and replace them with a perverse desire for everyone to see you on the vid. Replace all figures of authority with monsters and beings who generally couldn't care less about you if you were a week old carrion corpse. For law enforcement agents, use paranoid junkies with a lust for serious violence and child slavery. Information is regulated by itself and it has a cruel sense of humor. Self destuctive industry decays in it's own wastes. If you're lucky, maybe you'll die young.
