            Section 1: Basic Info
              A.  What is an RPG/RPS/IS?
RPG stands for role playing game.  RPS stands for role playing story.  IS stands for interactive story, which is sometimes used in place of RPS.  Both RPSes and ISes are types of RPGs.

An RPG is a type of game in which a person creates character who lives in a fantasy world and interacts with the people there.  It kind of like doing an improv play.  You who the characters are, but you have to come up with the lines and personalities of the characters yourself.

            Section 2:  Character Creation
              A.  How do I make a character?
Here's the form.  And, here are some tips.

              B.  Okay, I made a character, now what?
Submit it to the character approver.  Click here to e-mail her.  Make sure you put [Saga] New Character in the subject line!

              C.  Okay, it's approved, now what?
Ask to be added to the mailing list.  Click here to do that.  Please put [Saga] ML Add Request in the subject line.

            Section 3:  The Mailing List
              A.  Okay, I've been added to the ML, now what?
Start writing your character's first chapter.

              B.  What's the ML address?
                lupus_decove@rocketmail.com

              C.  Okay, why I am not getting anything?
You may not have recieved mail from the ML for several reasons:
                  1.  No one has posted anything.
Let's face it, everyone get's writer's block, or gets to busy, or something just comes up.  You aren't gogin to recieve something from the ML every time you check your mail.
                  2.  The ML admin has not checked his mail.
Before anyone starts believing otherwise, let's get one thing straight.  The ML admin does have a life.  He cannot spend the entire day checking the ML.  Also, RocketMail is web-based.  If internet connection between the admin and Rocketmail is down, the admin cannot check the mail.
                  3.  Are you sure you were added?
This is important.  If you were not added to the mailing list, you need to get that solved.  See Section 2, Part C of the FAQ.

              D.  Can I send anything I want to the ML?
NO!  You cannot send anything you want to the ML.  Please try to limit the number of posts that are not related to the Saga of Serithor.  These eat up disk space, and chances are no one wants them.  Do Not:
Send chain letters to the ML
                  Send attachments to the ML
                  Send advertisements to the ML
Doing so can and will result in your removal from the ML.

              E.  What do these things in the subject line mean?
                [Saga] blah blah blah
The information in thise e-mail is directly related to the Saga of Serithor.  It may be someone's stats, a chapter, or an important announcement.
                [SemiSaga] blah blah blah
The information in this e-mail is partially related to the Saga of Serithor.  A person may be going on vacation or something.
                [NotRelatedToSerithor] blah blah blah
The information in this e-mail is in no way related to the Saga of Serithor.  Try to keep the number of these down.

            Section 4:  Writing A Chapter
              A.  I wrote a chapter, now what?
Send it to the ML.  In the Subject line should be:
[Saga] Character Name Chatper # [Location(Optional)]

              B.  Okay, I sent it to the ML, why don't I have it yet?
                See Section 3, Part C

              C.  Okay, I got it now, what next?
Write another one.  Read other people's chapters.  Decide if you want to interact with another character in your next chapter.  Take a break.  Relax.  Whatever.  Of course, you could re-read what you recieved and make sure nothing changed.

              D.  Can I involve other people's characters in my chapters?
Yes.  As a matter of fact, this is highly encouraged!  The only thing you need to do is get the player's or players' permission(s) first.  Chances are, they are going to want to write part of the story also.

              E.   I'm going to have this person hanging around for a while/be a recurring role in my chapters, is that okay?
Yes!  This is also encouraged.  However, you must do something special to make this character stand out.  This type of character is a non-player character.  Close to player character, but not quite.  They need stats.  Submit them to the character approver like you would a new character, but replace the word character in the cubject line with NPC.

            Section 5: PCs vs. NPCs
              A. What's a PC?
A PC is a player character.  These are people in the story whose fate is directly controlled by another living being.  You must get the player's permission before involving their character in your character's chapter.

              B. What's an NPC?
An NPC is a non-player character.  They are much like PCs, only anyone can use them in their story.  It is, however, polite to ask the creator of an NPC or the person who was last using that NPC before using them for your own means.

              C. What are the major difference between NPCs and PCs?
Besides what is mentioned above, the major difference between PC and NPCs is the "kill" factor.  You must get the permission of a character's player before killing them.  If your character is mad at another character, kill their favorite NPC lackey/sidekick.

            Section 6:  The Homepage
              A.  Where is the hompage?
                http://www.oocities.org/TimesSquare/Realm/6397

              B.  When is this thing updated?
In theory, once a week.  In reality, whenever we get the chance.

              C.  Who updates this thing anyway?
                Charles, Kat, and Jesse
