Panic Bomber
Mike's Review

Hey, what the hell happened to Bomber Man?! This Bomber Man isn't the same format as the rest of the Bomber games. Instead of trying to blow the crap of out your buddies in a huge multi-player game, Panic Bomber is more like Capcom's Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo. The screen is sepparated into two sections, your screen and the computer's. Puzzle pieces made up of three different types of blocks fall from the top of the screen. If you get three or more to touch, they will disapear and an unlit bomb will appear at the bottom of your screen. You can blow these bombs up with lit bombs that occasionally fall from the top of the screen. Every bomb you blow up appears on the CPU's screen and visa versa. You must full the CPU's screen to the top to win. Entertaining? Yes. Difficult? Not at all.

Panic Bomber's biggest fault is the fact that is is too easy. You seem too get too lucky. There are some exceptions, like on difficulty "HARD" when you fight "Ms. Flashy", a "secret" boss. Then you just get frustrated. Infinite continues make this game easy to beat for most gamers. I beat the game in one day like in 45 minutes or so. This game is by no means a bad game, it's just not a very good one.
