The Amoeba Boys are three giant amoebas who want to be bad guys.  They have broken the law by jaywalking, littering, and standing on the grass next to a Do Not Stand on the Grass sign.  They also made an attempt at stealing an orange.  The Amoeba Boys try to get the Power Puff Girls' attention and impress them.  Their goal in life?  To get beaten up by the Power Puff Girls and sent to jail.
