Elmer Scleu is a student at Pokey Oaks kindergarten.  He is a nice kid but is picked on by his classmates because he eats paste.  He once turned into a giant glue monster after eating a radioactive fly but fixed the damage he caused after Buttercup apologized for throwing paste at him.
