The Mayor of Townsville is an old man who's not too bright.  He is short and wears a hat.  He likes golf but has been known to be a little too willing to get rid of his wife.  The Mayor loves the Power Puff Girls and trusts them but does not always think to use the hotline when Townsville is under attack.
