Ms. Keane, the teacher of Pokey Oaks kindergarten, is a very nice lady who tries to get the children to be nice to each other.  She lets the Power Puff Girls leave when they need to save the world.  Ms. Keane is happy to play with the children.  She has been known to lose her temper, but only when under a lot of stress.
