When Sailor Jupiter says this,a lightning rod pops up on her tiara.
She then channels a lightning bolt and send it flying to her adversary.

Sailor Moon R Special Powers Jupiter Thunder Dragon:
Sailor Jupiter creates a dragon birthed from
a lightning bolt which engulfs its target.

Jupiter Thundercrash Zap:
When Jupiter uses this, she creates a small, hand-held charge of lightning.
She then chucks it at her enemy.

Sailor Moon SuperS Powers Jupiter Oak Evolution:
Jupiter says this, then starts spinning. She shoots green balls of
energy from herself, mainly directed at the enemy.
