Instructions
1.Download the file, trainer.zip.
2.Using a program such as WinZip, decompress the zip file to the "\Game\" directory that is within your SimCity 3000 installation directory.
3.Load the file "Loader.exe" before starting SimCity 3000. You may then launch the game after the Loader screen appears (For quick access, you may add a shortcut to this file on the desktop).
4.Once you're in the game, and you've loaded a city, press the F11 key on your keyboard. Shortly after, the extra $9,223,372,036,854,775,807 should appear, just make sure the game isn't paused.
Warning: May cause damage to saved games so back them up first.
Cheat Codes!!!
All codes are not confirmed to work.
In order to use use a cheat code, you must first bring up the cheat window by pressing the [Ctrl], [Shift], [Alt] and [C] keys at the same time.
| Code | Effect |
| i am weak | All buildings, utilities, zoning, transportation, planting trees and creating surface water become free. |
| i love red tape | Description of city hall becomes "Miles and Miles of Red Tape". Also, date is set back to the year 1900. |
| call cousin Vinnie | A new petitioner item will appear in the Meet window, announcing a "Local Fundraising Event." This "businessman" will offer you some cash, no questions asked. Should you choose to accept his offer, you'll notice a little extra cash in your coffers -- but will you still respect yourself? |
| zyxwvu | This code isn't available to just anybody, you have to prove your integrity first. Use the "call cousin Vinnie" cheat and refuse his immoral offer. Then use the "zyxwvu" cheat and the beautiful SimCity Castle will appear in your Rewards menu. In addition to looking cool, the castle boosts land value, aura, and does other wonderful things to the surrounding area. |
| garbage in, garbage out | All garbage buildings become available, no matter what year. |
| power to the masses | All power buildings become available, no matter what year. |
| water in the desert | All water buildings become available, no matter what year. |
| power to the masses | All power plants become available , no mater what year |
| water in the desert | All water facilities become available, no matter what year. |
| pay tribute to your king | All rewards and opportunities become available, except for the GigaMall and casino. |
| let's make a deal | All of your petitioners that you have connections to
start making deals with you. |
| stop forcing advice | Makes advisors stop advising :-P |
| the birds | A flock of birds appears flying over your city |
| nerdz rool | High tech industry overtakes your existing industry |
| salt on | Turns all the water in your city into salt water. |
| salt off | Turns all the water in your city into fresh water. |
| terrain one up | Raises all terrain 1 tile. NOTE: Destroys city, use before building! |
| terrain one down | Lowers all terrain 1 tile. NOTE: Destroys city, use before building! |
| terrain ten up | Lowers all terrain 1 tile. NOTE: Destroys city, use before building! |
| terrain ten down | Lowers all terrain 10 tiles. NOTE: Destroys city, use before building! |
| force Mortimer to say | The advisor Mortimer says whatever you want him to. Usage: "force Mortimer to say I am Mortimer" and he will say "I am Mortimer". Also works with Moe, Constance, Maria, Randall, Gus, Karen, and petitioners. |
| UFO Swarm | Adds more UFOs to the UFO attack. |

All Landmarks Cheat:
To get all landmarks included in the game, do the following:
Open the "Power Plant" window and close it using the "X" in the top right corner.
Open the "Rewards & Opportunities" window and close it using the "X".
Go to the "Civic and Special Buildings" and click on the "Landmarks" button.

Building Architect Tool or BAT . This great program, that is similiar to SCURK, from Maxis allows you to make you own SimCity 3000 buildings and replace buildings in the game already. You can download it today by clicking here.
